Privacy policy
Version of 10 October 2026
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is the sole proprietor Alexander Viktorovich Polyskalin (Russian taxpayer ID 771544299906, OGRNIP 311774621000473), the “Controller”. This policy applies to plasmaglass.ru and follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form:
- your name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- your message (what you are interested in, venue, deadline).
We do not ask for passport details, addresses or any other information. Please do not include anything that is not needed to answer your enquiry.
The site stores a cookie with your chosen language (Russian or English). It contains no personal data. There are no analytics or advertising trackers on the site.
3. Why
- to reply to your enquiry and advise you;
- to prepare a quote;
- to conclude and perform a contract if you decide to order.
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and do not share it with third parties, except where the law requires it.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the enquiry form, and — if you place an order — the contract you are a party to.
5. How we process and how long we keep it
Your enquiry is stored on the website server and sent by email to the Controller. Only the Controller has access to it.
We keep the data until the purpose is achieved or you withdraw consent, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, for contract documents). After that the data is deleted.
6. Security
The site works only over HTTPS; access to the server and the admin area is restricted and password-protected; software is updated regularly.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to tfx-help@yandex.ru — we reply within 10 working days.
8. Changes
The Controller may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
